About The Author

Major Chrispinus Mukhule

Major Chrispinus Mukule is the chairman of the family Welfare Association and Vice Chairman of Namlolwe Self Help Group. He is a senior naval officer and has 30 years of work experience in core areas of command, administration and training gained within the military establishments and United Nations peace keeping. He attended Matende and Musokoto Primary Schools, and Nambale Boys High School between 1966 and 1997, where he held various appointments such as head boy, captain, hostel prefect, and scouts troop leader.
