The Kigango Oracle

Adventure story set at sea in Diani, along Kenya’s south coast, near the historic Shimoni Slavas Caves. Kanze, a young Digo girl with special powers, her brother Komob, and their friends, set out to find Kanze’s late grandfather Menza’s Kigango (cultural memorial effigy placed on tombstones), which has been stolen by village youth who sell it for money to a European collector, who intends to smuggle it to Europe.
