Vincent R. Ogoti was born in Kenya. He is a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nairobi. He was a Fulbright scholar at Yale University in 2014-2015
