AFRICA Arise

Prof. PLO Lumumba is a former Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya School of Law. He is a Associate Professor  of Public Law and Founding Dean, Kabarak University School of Law. He has lectured law at different universities locally and internationally. He is an Advocate of the High Courts of Kenya and Tanganyika.
